1. Will the Bidder Conference be arranged only on 4 June 2018 or both 4 and 5 June 2018? If the Bidder Conference is arranged on both 4-5 June 2018, is a Pre-Qualified Bidder required to attend the Bidder Conference arranged on both dates?

2. Will the Bidder Conference be conducted in Thai or English?
English; however, the participants are able to ask questions in Thai or English.
3. Who is qualified to be the representatives of the Pre-Qualified Bidder to participate in the Bidder Conference? Is it required to be the authorised signatory(ies) of the Pre-Qualified Bidder? Can the authorised signatory(ies) assign anyone (e.g. technical, financial, and legal advisors) to attend the Bidder Conference? If yes, what is the document required to confirm such authorisation (e.g. POA)? Will such authorising document have to be notarised?
