  Bidder Conference Details

       DMF will host a Bidder Conference at Grand Ballroom, Rama Gardens, Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Bangkok on June 4th, 2018 from 8.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. The Agenda is as follows:

09.15 a.m. – 10.45 a.m. Presentation covering the following topics: “Thailand Petroleum Bidding Round 2018 for Offshore Blocks G1/61 and G2/61”

  Registration Process

       • Pre-Qualified bidders will receive username and passwords via an e-mail from PetroleumBidding@dmf.go.th inviting registration for the Bidder Conference. Registration will be made at www.dmf.go.th/bidding2018 from May 28th, 2018 to May 31st, 2018.
       • The number of representatives of Pre-Qualified bidder will be limited to a maximum of 10 attendees per block applied for (i.e. a maximum of 20 if the bidder has Pre-Qualified for both G1/61 and G2/61).
       • DMF will confirm the list of attendees to Pre-Qualified bidders by e-mail on June 1st ,2018
       • Pre-Qualified bidders will be responsible for registering attendees from existing or potential partners. Total number of attendees per block will be limited to maximum of 10 persons.
Note that any partner attendees will count against the maximum limit of 10 per Pre-Qualified Bidder. In practice, this means that if Company A and Company B would like to partner to participate in the bidding round, but only Company A has prequalified, Company A can register employees from Company B to attend the Bidder Conference as part of the maximum 10 allowable.
